Since 1983 Cedro maintains the Museu Têxtil Décio Mascarenhas (Décio Mascarenhas Textile Museum), located in Cedro's factory, in Caetanópolis, with a collection of over 1,000 pieces, the most complete textile museum in the country.

A reference for students, historians, scholars and sector businesspeople, besides the local community, the place receives approximately 1,500 visitors a year, fulfilling the part of preserving and perpetuating the national textile industry's history.
